These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 777cbm ("777cbm," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the 777cbm website located at 777cbm.net, including all associated gaming services, sports betting facilities, live casino offerings, payment services, bonus programmes, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the 777cbm platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. • You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, agent, or contractor of 777cbm, nor a close family member of any such person.

To access the full range of features available on the 777cbm platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and participation in any gaming activity — you must register a single, verified account. The following terms apply to all 777cbm account holders:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account with 777cbm. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or Pakistani mobile numbers — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) number or equivalent identification, date of birth, and registered mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777cbm username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your account while authenticated with your credentials will be treated as authorised by you.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 777cbm support team immediately. 777cbm accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Platform has not been notified promptly.
• Verification requirements: 777cbm reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including CNIC, proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation — at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

777cbm accepts deposits from verified account holders via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 777cbm will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

777cbm does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are not controlled by 777cbm and the Platform accepts no responsibility for third-party charges.

Verified 777cbm account holders may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the required identity verification process prior to any withdrawal being processed. Requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777cbm account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be excluded from the withdrawable balance. Real-money balance net of active bonus funds is available for withdrawal at any time.
• 777cbm reserves the right to apply an internal compliance review to withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 100,000 per transaction. This review process may take up to 72 business hours to complete.

777cbm offers various bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 30x applies to all 777cbm welcome bonuses.
• Contribution rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Slot games typically contribute 100%. • Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through strategic wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements — commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting" — is prohibited on the 777cbm platform and may result in bonus forfeiture and account restriction.

All digital games offered on the 777cbm platform — including slots, Fortune Gems, table games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness and unpredictability. RNG certification details are available on request.

Live casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Andar Bahar, and Dragon Tiger — are streamed from a physical studio using real equipment operated by professional dealers in real time. 777cbm does not manipulate the outcomes of live dealer games in any way.

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and other sports offered through the 777cbm sportsbook, are governed by the following rules:

• Odds are displayed at the time a bet is placed and are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, the stated odds are binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cbm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account management.
• Using the Service for any money laundering purpose or to facilitate any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, sports betting markets, or payment systems on the 777cbm platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in 777cbm's games or platform infrastructure. Any exploit discovered must be reported to the support team immediately. Exploitation for personal gain constitutes fraud.
• Collusion with other players — including in live dealer games or sports betting pools — in order to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or attempting to access administrative or back-end systems of the 777cbm platform without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to obscure your location in a way that misrepresents your eligibility to use the Service.
• Conducting chargebacks on deposits after using the deposited funds to participate in gaming activities. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.

All content on the 777cbm platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, live casino streams, text, images, logos, icons, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall structure and arrangement of the website — is the exclusive property of 777cbm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777cbm platform solely for the purposes of legitimate personal gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the 777cbm platform for any commercial or public purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cbm and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The 777cbm Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cbm makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

In no event shall 777cbm's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you with 777cbm in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777cbm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process — including name, CNIC, mobile number, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. 777cbm does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

777cbm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. As part of this commitment, the Platform provides the following tools and resources to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: You may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. When a session time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the 777cbm platform.
• Reality checks: You may enable periodic in-session reminders showing the duration and value of your current gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion from the 777cbm platform. 777cbm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to provide identity verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in connection with a deposit made to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Continued use of the Service by a player who has self-excluded or been excluded by 777cbm.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 777cbm may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, account balances will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method less any applicable deductions.

777cbm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 777cbm will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of the 777cbm Service following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and contact 777cbm support to close your account and request withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 777cbm holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the 777cbm customer support channel shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact the 777cbm support team in the first instance and allow a period of 14 business days for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. 777cbm is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction in which consumer protection legislation applies to your use of the Service.
